The Best Latte Ever
We know that serving Black Cat isn't enough, we need the best machine to really do the espresso justice. Because of this we pull our shots on custom built Synesso Cyncras, hand made in Seattle. The Cyncra is adjustable to within a half a degree in temperature and fully adjustable in pressure. It allows us to produce consistent espresso shot after shot as it is the only machine of its kind that is this adjustable, stable and precise.

The Cyncra's unique design is elegant and simple. Its low profile allows our baristas to engage our customers, allowing them to experience the theatre of the brewing process first hand.
